Perseverance

I did this collaborative tattoo with the awesome tattooer Ty McEwen, on a fantastic client who brews specialty craft beers in Boston. He's pursued his love of the craft despite all odds and hardships in life, and wanted a tattoo to represent that positive struggle. We designed a hops bud (the main ingredient in beer) coming to fruition and releasing its flavor amidst the harsh surroundings.
